About Your Orders and Your Account

Where can I find my order number?

Right after placing an order on our website, your order number will be shown on the Thank you page. Shortly thereafter you will receive an order confirmation email, which also includes your order number. 

If you created an account with us, you will be able to locate the order number on our website:

Go to “My Account” page

Go to “Orders”


If anything of these work, we are here to help! Contact us requesting your order number, you will need to provide your full name and email address under the purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled as long as they haven’t been processed by our fulfillment center. However, we do our best to have the best times on the market and the cancelation window is extremely short (up to 12 hours since you placed the order).

About Custom Pictures

Is my picture going to look great?

If you aren’t sure about your picture or if you are just curious about how it is going to look as diamond painting, we have good news for you! Now you can take a look at the final result even before you get your design, when there’s still time for any changes.

You can request a preview to our email hello@diamondarthome.com

We will be more than happy to design it and send it to you ASAP until we get your approval.

What is a preview?

It is a generated view of how your art is going  to look with all the diamonds placed on. 

You will spend many hours working on your diamond painting, we just want to make sure in advance that you will be 100% satisfied with you masterpiece.

What is the recommended size for custom pictures?

On Diamond Painting size matters. 

As you increase the size, you will get better details, resolution and color appreciation. 

We recommend getting a size of at least 60CM. 

We have sizes all the way up until 90cm if you want even better results. 

If you are looking to take your special picture to another level, you can request a bigger size  over 90cm, just send us an email, we always get excited with these breath-taking projects.

About your kit

Is it really made in U.S.A?

YES! We are the only Diamond Painting Company that actually produces all of our kits in the U.S.A. 

We do not handle any stock. We design and print all of our designs on demand. That is the reason why all of our products are available for you on our website.

What is the size of my painting? VERY IMPORTANT TO READ

It will depend on the shape of your picture

Let’s see an example of a 60cm design (Recommended Size)


Square Picture: The painting area will be 60cm x 60cm

Rectangular Picture: The longest side of the painting area will be 60cm and the short side have to be proportional depending on the picture to keep quality and colors

Are your drills square or round?

Only square diamonds are available in our USA warehouse. We have received better feedback from our customers about them.

What is included in my kit?

-Canvas with the Full Drill design printed on.

-Square diamonds.

-Basic tools (Pen, Wax, Tray and tweezers).

Where does it ship from?

We are located in Orlando, Florida. Where dreams come true, send us your dreaming picture and we will turn it into reality as a Diamond Painting

All of our kits are proudly made in the USA. 

We do not handle any stock. We design and print all of our designs on demand. That is the reason why all of our products are available for you on our website. 

Forget about the long waits for re-restocking items, get what you want, whenever you want. Our company mission is to provide our family what they deserve on a timely fashion.

Can I pick up my order?

Sorry, we do not offer in-person pick-up. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Florida

Can I change my delivery address?

If you just placed your order, please e-mail us at hello@diamondarthome.com as soon as you can with your order number and request the change of address. Once your order status has been processed, we have a tiny window in which we can make the change. Please keep in mind we do our best to have the best shipping times in the market, once an order has been shipped, we are not able to update the delivery address.


What can I do if my package is returned to the sender?

If your package gets returned to us due to an insufficient address or incorrect address. You will be required to pay a Resend Shipping Fee so we can send your package to the right address ASAP. At this point, Cancellation or Refund is not available. 

Our team will reach out to you as soon as we receive your package to send you the link so you can proceed with the fee payment.

My package has been marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it. Can you please reship?

Unfortunately, if a package has been marked as delivered by the postal carrier, we are not able to issue a replacement unless the shipment is being returned to us. 

We suggest getting in touch with the postal service directly, If you need any additional information we are here to provide it. 

About Returns

How do I initiate a return?

Simply send us an email to hello@diamondarthome.com and we will send you the easy steps if you are eligible for a return.

What happens if I return my package to Orlando, FL?

If you do not contact us and comply with the steps, the process may take longer and we might not be able to complete your return/refund request.

Who pays the shipping return fees?

Returning expenses are the customer’s responsibility. We highly recommend to keep the tracking number and also insure your package for your returning items.

What if I already placed some diamonds on?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for used items

Can I return a Custom picture?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for Custom pictures at any circumstances

Are there any restocking fees?

No, there are not restocking fees

We are sorry to hear that, we are here to help so you can complete your painting ASAP.
